Piyush Banik
Founder & Chief Executive
We are 32 engineers, designers and operators. Piyush Banik founded the studio in 2014 as Induni Technologies; we rebranded to Aditva in 2023 after nine years of shipping the work agencies talk about doing — 240+ projects, and counting.
A working prototype in week three beats a 60-page proposal every time. We document decisions in code review, not in PowerPoint.
Every system we ship is read by an engineer we’ve never met, two years from now. That engineer is who we write code for.
If we can’t name the metric a project is supposed to move, we don’t take it on. Vanity rebuilds are the most expensive thing a studio can ship.
We argue hard, write the decision down, then stop arguing. The doc becomes the answer when the question comes up again in six months.
Top-quartile salaries, real equity participation, four weeks of paid leave, no late-night Slack. The work shows up in the output.
PostgreSQL, Laravel, TypeScript, Next.js. We use the framework that will still be here in 2031, not the one trending on Hacker News this week.
No subcontractors. No off-shore handover. The lead in your kickoff call is the lead at your launch dinner.
